Lauren and Brad celebrated their wedding this last weekend. The ceremony was held at St. Paul's UMC with a reception at Hotel ZaZa. The events were expertly coordinated by Master Bridal Consultant, Bobbi Asarch. Florals and ballroom decorations were provided by Plants N Petals. There were so many wonderful details that made it that much more fun to cover.

First I am going to say that Lauren and Brad are such a fun (and funny!) couple. They had us both giggling the whole time we were doing this session. We chose the Hotel ZaZa as the location, first because that is where their reception is going to be, and second because, well, have you seen this place?? Seriously fabulous! We started in the fountain room for some dramatic looking photos. We had to do some of those because Lauren was really rocking a cool 1940's vintage look. Then we headed out to the pool area for a more sultry evening look. Seriously, we cant wait for the wedding because with these guys we know it is going to be a total blast!

We had such a great time doing Lauren's bridals this past Thursday. She chose to have her portraits made at St. Paul's UMC, which is one of our favorite locations to work. It has this sort of old world feel to it and the light in the parlour can't be beat. Lauren had two looks that she wanted to incorporate, first with a cathedral length veil and then she also had a birdcage veil (which is the veil she will change into for the reception at the Hotel ZaZa). We can't wait for the wedding which is being planned by Bobbi Asarch, one of the best planners in the state! Flowers provided by Plants N' Petals

Mia and Adam married July 5, 2008 in a lavish ceremony at the Houstonian Hotel. The couple met in New York where both were attending Columbia University. This was a very multi-cultural affair with friends and family in from New York, Paris and Morocco as well as Houston. You could really tell from the way that Mia and Adam looked at each other that their love is genuine. After their honeymoon they will continue to reside in New York where they are both educators.

Adam and Mia had a Moroccan themed rehearsal dinner the night before their wedding at the Four Leaf Towers, where Mia's parent live. Mia wore a kaftan that was custom made for her in Morocco and was hand delivered by a relative in for the celebration. The event was catered by Le Mistral and decorations and florals were provided by Darryl Murchison design.

Mia is going to marry Adam in in a few weeks. We photographed her bridal portraits yesterday at the Houstonian Hotel, where she will also be having her wedding and reception. Her dress was designed by Claire Pettibone and was flawless and fit her to a T. We can't wait for the wedding. The festivities are being coordinated by Bobbi Asarch with flowers by Darryl Murchison, so it is bound to be a fabulous Affair to Remember.
